Locations and opening times

All our parcel lockers are indoors to keep your parcels safe from harsh weather. Parcel lockers are filled and emptied daily, except on Sundays in certain locations. You can view the details of these exceptions here. Remember to check the operating hours of your chosen parcel locker location to ensure convenient access. Selected dedicated parcel lockers offer 24/7 access, giving you the flexibility to pick up or drop off parcels at any time. Need more details? Check all SmartPosti locations and opening times.

Parcel lockers with a touchscreen

You can create shipments directly at the parcel locker using the locker’s touchscreen. Alternatively, you can register your parcel online on the self-service page.

The locker code you receive for dropping off a parcel is valid for 30 days.

Parcel lockers with a locker-specific keypad

Before drop-off, you must register your shipment online through the self-service page. A dedicated locker will be reserved for your parcel until closing time the next day.

Storing a parcel in a locker

As a private customer, you can use parcel lockers with touchscreens to temporarily store items. They are perfect for safe and easy exchanges of essential items, like keys. To use this service: 1. Register the item online through the self-service page or at the locker following the on-screen instructions. 2. When registering, select the same location as both the starting point and destination. 3. Complete payment for the service and place the parcel in the locker. The recipient will immediately receive an SMS notification that their parcel has arrived. Parcels can be stored for a maximum of 7 calendar days. Please note: This service isn’t available for parcel lockers with a locker-specific keypad.
