Home delivery

Our couriers deliver your parcel directly to your door, offering fast and secure service.

How it works

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 09:00 and 21:00, with times varying by region.

  • On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification with an estimated delivery time.

  • The courier will call you before arrival to confirm the details.

  • You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your apartment door or handed over outside.

If delivery is unsuccessful

If the courier is unable to get hold of you, your parcel will be returned to the sorting center and stored for 10–14 days. Restricted access, such as locked apartment buildings, may also prevent delivery. In this case, you can update your contact details and ask for a redelivery via our customer service.

Why haven't I received a call?

Your phone number might be missing from the delivery details for some reason. It could be due to a mistake in order handling or an issue with system communication. Need more help? Contact our customer service – we’re happy to assist you.
