Parcel locker price list for private customers
The delivery price depends on the parcel’s dimensions – that is, the locker size it fits into. There are five different locker sizes available. If your parcel is at the maximum allowed width and height, we recommend choosing a larger locker. This makes it easier for the recipient to take the parcel out.

Delivery times
In Estonia, parcels sent to a parcel locker are typically delivered within 1 day, while courier deliveries to an address take 1–2 days. Parcel lockers are filled and emptied daily, except on Sundays in certain locations. You can view the details of these exceptions below. The estimated delivery time to Latvia and Lithuania is 2–3 working days. For deliveries to Finland, parcels reach the Helsinki area in an estimated 2–3 working days, while deliveries to other regions take 3–5 working days. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be extended due to sudden increases in parcel volumes or unexpected technical issues. NB! If the parcel is placed in a parcel machine/handed over to SmartPosti after 6 pm, the estimated delivery time will be calculated from the following day.
